Early this morning, Firefox updated itself to its latest version. Then it recommended me to update Adobe's flash player, so I did.
The update is run by a utility called 'getPlusPlus', which at some point spawned another updater, who complained that 'getPlusPlus' is still running and 'Please exit this program'.
So, what needs to be done is to go in XP's task manager and kill the process. I am not sure my mother could handle this - she would probably just leave firefox and move back to IE.
