Playground regulations
Everything here is regulated.
Here is an example: there is a law that regulates playgrounds.
You can't just walk into a playground and do what you want. You must read and comply.
While this might seem awkward, it does make sense. If you compare it with Israel, then there you can only see requests like "please keep it quiet during 14:00 and 16:00". In Bayern, on the other hand, the playground is *closed* during that time.
